LXXV Rugby

A client wanted to develop a capsule collection of rugby lifestyle leisure wear. Research was conducted on collegiate rugby; its history and culture,the proposed demographic of players and their popular tastes to create the look and feel and visual language for the proposed brand that was classic, nostalgic and timeless in design. The creative process was reviewed and developed closely with continuous feedback from the stakeholders — rugby players; to finalize a distinctive brand for their target market. Two lines were developed, a proposed higher-price point reflected in design and material selection and another sportswear line for a more universally-appealing consumer price-point.
